The dissertation takes a 4700 dwt container ship for an example and is directed against the middle and small - sized shipyards . starting from the construction principles and centering on the division of blocks , block fabrication and erection on shipway , the dissertation analyses the manufacturing gist of some typical parts / blocks , hatchcover and superstructure blocks . the dissertation also carries out a research into the application of precision shipbuilding to a container ship 以出口新加坡入級于德國勞氏船級社的4700噸級集裝箱船為例,針對中小型船廠,文章從建造方針的制訂著手,圍繞分段劃分,分段建造、船臺建造等剖析了典型部件、典型分段以及倉口蓋、上建分段的制造要領,并對精度造船在集裝箱船上應用進行了探討

At present , more and more large tonnage ships are built with the development of ship industry , the force between hull and shipway increased , the damage of ship structure was also reported . but the existed method is not efficiently for calculating the distribution of force acted on forward during stern floating which is the moment of truth during ship launching , so it is important to calculate ship launching precisely and take measure to preclude such accident 目前隨著船舶工業的發展,建造船舶噸位越來越大,船體所受滑道反力隨之增大,在實際生產過程中已有船體局部結構不同程度損壞的報道,而現有的下水計算方法在下水的最危險時刻艉浮時滑道反力的分布情況方面的計算顯得不夠準確,如何準確進行計算并采取相應的措施來防止這類問題發生顯得十分重要。
